Education:Graduate of an APTA approved School of Physical Therapy with a Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree. Completes annual educational requirements.
License(s): Current State of Alaska Physical Therapy License in good standing.
Experience: Minimum 1 year PT experience preferred. Prefer experience with diverse populations including inpatient CCU, acute and rehab as well as outpatient services. Must be computer literate and have good communication skills. Experience in wound care evaluation and assessment preferred
