Heather Jeng has practiced speech-language pathology for 10 years, with experience across the settings of public and private schools, pediatric outpatient, and skilled nursing facilities.
Heather is passionate about incorporating clients’ values and goals into their intervention for truly person-centered care, the intricate puzzle of translating research findings into real-world clinical care, and mentorship of early career professionals.
Areas of clinical interest include high-functioning autism spectrum disorder, pragmatics, and vocabulary instruction. Her goal as a supervisor is to facilitate new clinicians’ acquisition of expertise and confidence.
