ACTIVE GEORGIA LICENSE IN HAND. 500 bed, Level II Trauma Hospital. 3 FT PT's, 1 FT PTA. 2+ years of experience and 50 mile radius rule. Patient Ratios - 10-13 pts. Type of equipment - steady stander, walkers, canes, transfer board, platform walkers. EMR - Meditech.
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Acute care experience
Competency/experience working in ICU unit (IV lines, trachs/vents)

Direct support staff, attend monthly departmental meetings, monthly peer chart reviews (2)
