Two Ophthalmology Techs needed for 13 weeks with one year experience.
Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) Certification by JCAHPO (Joint Commission of Accredited Health Professionals in Ophthalmology) or Certified as Contact Lens Technician or Registered Optician with the Commonwealth of Virginia required.
American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
Performs ophthalmic tests, ophthalmic measurements and specialized ophthalmic skills.
Maintains ophthalmic exam lanes, clinic area and equipment.
Preferred Skills are Minor O.R. assistance, including tray preparation and instrument sterilization, is correctly performed. Ophthalmic Photography
