Occupational Therapist - Pediatric - (OT - Pedi - Peds)

The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons; maximizing the functional status of hospitalized patient. Responsibilities are to evaluate, plan, implement, and modify age appropriate treatment programs, participates in discharge planning, performs administrative duties, participates in PI, pursues professional growth, and performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Ped Exp Requirements: 2+ years of experience working with children with disabilities with experience treating sensory integration, genetic disorders, neuromotor disorders, feeding disorders, dyspraxia, and/or premature infants. Individuals should have experience with family-centered interdisciplinary treatment approaches. Preference given to candidates with specialized training in neurodevelopmental treatment and sensory integration. Exceptional new grads may be considered. Our ideal candidate will: •Possess a winning, humble, can-do attitude focused on excellence in customer service and delivering superior healthcare. •Be licensed or in the process of becoming licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Colorado. •Possess a degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution of higher learning. •Possess current CPR certification. •Sensory and neuro focus preferred.
