OT Mentor: Jenny Williams

With great pleasure, we are proud to introduce the newest OT mentor inducted into the Advanced Medical New Grad Program. Jenny Williams will be sharing her outstanding clinical skills and valuable insight with incoming Advanced Medical travelers.
Jenny grew up in the small town of Fairfield, Illinois, about 2 hours east of St. Louis. From there, she attended Maryville University where she earned her MOT degree.
Maryville is a small liberal arts school in St. Louis and is one of the oldest institutions of higher learning in Missouri. The OT program at Maryville has a unique vision and allows for incoming freshmen to complete an MOT degree in 5 years rather than moving into the program after gaining an undergraduate degree.
After spending 4 years working in rural Missouri, Jenny decided it was time to hit the road and see the country. With her trusty dog “Thor the Wonder Weim”, Jenny made a vow to see as many places as she could in 2 years. Her preferred setting is Home Health and she considers herself a “west coast” personality. Jenny enjoys hiking and exploring – activities that match up well with her travel therapy triumphs. Jenny looks forward to bringing her traveling savvy and clinical support to our burgeoning new grads. Until next time…
