Advanced Medical Makes Top 100 Best Companies List

Advanced medical is proud to be chosen as one of the Best Companies to Work For in Florida. The annual list is compiled by Florida Trend Magazine for its August issue and features one hundred companies that are ranked in small, medium, and large employer categories.
To participate, companies or government entities had to employ at least 15 workers in Florida and have been in operation for at least one year. Companies that chose to participate underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
With our strong emphasis on company culture and a work hard/play hard attitude, we’re excited to be featured on the list. Our office is usually stocked with free snacks and drinks, as well as board games for when our team needs to take a mental break. We also celebrate holidays with parties, potlucks, and fun competitions like a pie-eating contest, pumpkin carving, trivia, and even who makes the tastiest salsa. Goals are celebrated with pizza parties, free massages, and leaving work early on Fridays.
Though it’s not just about all our fun activities, Advanced strives to provide excellent benefits for our employees, as well as training and mentorship programs. Best Companies Group managed the registration, survey, and analysis and determined the final rankings.
